Saludpan

Saludpan is on Circular 4A, in Laureles, about a 10-minute walk from Estadio metro station. It's a restaurant, bakery and shop in one place, and it's been in the neighborhood for more than 15 years.

The menu goes from raw vegan and macrobiotic dishes to vegetarian ones, and it also has chicken, fish and salmon. At midday there's the set lunch: soup, a main, juice and a small dessert, with a vegetarian option. There are soups, burgers, pizzas, salads and a long list of juices and smoothies; they don't sell soda.

The bakery makes sourdough bread and gluten-free products. The market has shelves with bulk grains, nuts, coffee, spices and supplements, and some of the vegetables come from their own garden, grown without pesticides.
