Who we are
BR Hotels (brhotels.com.co) is a travel guide to Medellín, Cartagena and Cali. It is run by Operaciones Blackroom S.A.S., NIT 901.623.666-7, Carrera 43B #16-95, Medellín. If you have any question about these terms, write to us at info@brhotels.com.co.
By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use it.
What the guide tells you
We check what we publish and cite where each fact comes from. Even so, opening hours, prices, event dates and conditions at each place change without notice. Before you go, confirm them with the place or the organizer.
The recommendations in the guide are just that: recommendations. Everyone decides where to go and how to look after themselves.
Hotel bookings
BR Hotels does not sell rooms or take payments. When you book, you do it directly in each hotel’s booking engine (Cloudbeds). The stay, the price, the payment, changes and cancellations are between you and the hotel, under its own terms.
Links to other sites and affiliate links
In the guide we link to sites that are not ours: official websites, ticket sellers, maps and tour companies. We do not control their content or answer for their services; what you buy there is governed by their terms.
Some of those links, for example the ones for tours, are affiliate links. If you buy through them, the company pays us a commission. It costs you nothing extra, and it does not decide what we recommend.
Texts, photos and brands
The texts, the design and the BR Hotels brand belong to Operaciones Blackroom S.A.S. You are welcome to share links to the guide; to copy or reuse the content, ask us first.
Many photos come from third parties and show their credit and source. The brands of hotels, places and events belong to their owners. If you own a photo or any content and want us to change or remove it, write to us and we will.
Liability
We do our best to keep the site working and the information right, but we do not guarantee it will always be available or error free. To the extent Colombian law allows, we are not liable for damages arising from using the information in the guide or the third-party services we link to.

Law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia.
