On several Getsemaní streets, neighbors and businesses hang umbrellas, bunting or paper kites between the balconies. The best-known spot is the Callejón Angosto, a block from the Plaza de la Trinidad, and the decorations change with the season.
It's a short walk. These streets connect with Calle de la Sierpe and Calle de San Juan, where the neighborhood's murals are, so in an hour you can see it all without rushing.
By mid-morning there's a line for the photo and strong sun. Before 9:00 a.m. the street is almost empty, and around 5:00 p.m. the light turns golden and the neighborhood starts filling up for the night.
