It opened in late 2023 in a restored house in San Antonio, with an open kitchen, long wooden tables and a garden of more than 300 edible plants, many native to the Pacific coast and Valle del Cauca. Chef Catalina Vélez works with fishermen, farmers and artisans from the region and aims to waste nothing.

The menu travels through the southwest's pantry: Tumaco shrimp with yacón leche de tigre, smoked fish from the La Plata archipelago, pandebono (cheese bread) with chontaduro cream and duck arroz atollado. For dessert there's borojó and Tumaco chocolate. There are vegetarian options and cocktails made with local ingredients.

In July 2026 it joined the 50 Best Discovery guide. After the August 10 earthquake the team organized a collection of aid, and in October 2026 it's still posting its schedule on Instagram.
