Alambique is at Carrera 41 #10-06, one block from Calle 10, on a third floor. There's no sign: you go in through a blue double door marked 10-6 and climb the stairs. Upstairs is a covered terrace full of plants, wood, books and old objects.

It calls itself a kitchen and bar lab. The 2026 menu takes dishes from the Caribbean coast, the Pacific and Antioquia and changes them: pandebono stuffed with seafood stew, buñuelo baskets with shrimp cocktail, Pacific fish and seafood stew with coconut milk, 10-hour brisket and a chicharrón ceviche to share.

At the bar they use viche, the sugarcane spirit from the Pacific coast, in cocktails like the viche sour. Some nights there's live music.

What to see

Tips

  • Look for the blue door with the number 10-6; you can't see the restaurant from the street.
  • Order two or three starters to share before your main.
