The Spa is inside a hotel in Manila, El Poblado, close to Parque El Poblado. It's built around water, the way Greek and Roman baths were: three pools at different temperatures (tepidarium, caldarium and frigidarium) and a hammam, the Turkish steam bath.
The basic plan is the thermal bath circuit: 60 minutes moving from the warm pool to the hot one and then to the cold one, with stops in the steam room. The change in temperature is what does the work. On top of that you can add massages (relaxing, hot stones, deep tissue, foot massage with aromatherapy), facials, chocolate or lavender scrubs and a wrap made with gold nectar.
For a full afternoon there are rituals. Thermal Reset pairs the circuit with a 60-minute massage. Romance Experience adds the circuit, a hammam scrub, a short facial and a massage, and it's meant for two. There's also one with Shirodhara, the Ayurvedic therapy where warm oil is poured slowly over the forehead.
In the hammam they do the traditional scrub, with a mitt and a 30-minute foam massage. The massage rooms have double tables, so you can go as a couple.
