Platillos Voladores

Platillos Voladores has a single location, in a house in the Centenario neighborhood with tables inside and in a garden. The kitchen combines techniques from around the world with local ingredients.

It's the Cali restaurant that shows up most in guides: Time Out ranked it fourth on its list of the 20 best restaurants in Colombia, and Culture Trip and Plan South America recommend it for its grilled meats and Pacific-style seafood in coconut milk.

It's near the Puente Ortiz and Plazoleta Jairo Varela, so it's a good way to end an afternoon downtown.
