While it was being built it was called Arena Primavera. It's built and run by CLK, part of BeatHub Entertainment, the group behind Tuboleta and the Movistar Arena in Bogotá. Davivienda bank holds the naming rights. The British firm HOK designed it, and the investment is over 320 billion Colombian pesos, according to Valora Analitik.

It's an enclosed, air-conditioned building on three levels: the floor, where the stage goes and which holds 6,000 standing or 3,500 seated; a second level with suites and boxes for groups; and an upper tier. In full-arena mode it holds about 17,900 people, according to its commercial manager in El Colombiano (October 2026). Earlier announcements said 17,200.

Inside there will be 16 restaurants and 17 bars. The opening run starts with Juanes on November 14, followed by Chayanne (November 19), Rubén Blades (November 21) and Martin Garrix (December 5). The official ticket seller is Tuboleta.

It's in Sabaneta, south of Medellín, between the Avenida Regional and the Mayorca mall. As of October 2026 it was still under construction, 92% complete according to El Colombiano.

The metro is the most direct way in. Before the show, check whether Metro de Medellín extends its hours; the arena says it's working on it, but it isn't confirmed.
The parking tower has 503 spaces and, according to Valora Analitik, they're for suite and box holders. There's no parking information for general ticket holders.
Buy tickets only from Tuboleta, the official seller. Resale sites charge more.
