El Salado is a park of about 17 hectares of forest in the upper part of Envigado, in the El Vallano vereda. The La Ayurá creek runs through it, with cold-water pools where people get in wearing swimsuits, and it has trails, green areas and kiosks for family barbecues.
Since 2017 Comfenalco Antioquia has run it. In 2023 it opened a 441-meter zip line with three stations, between 21 and 35 meters high, that passes over the forest and the creek. There's also a climbing wall, and it's a good place for birdwatching.
It's a half-day plan without leaving the metro area: you take the metro to Envigado and then an integrated bus. On weekends it fills with families from the south of the valley.
