Siboney Discoteca

Siboney is a salsa club that has been running since 1981 at Carrera 23B #7-66, across from Parque de La Alameda. It's mostly locals who come to dance classic salsa, and Tuesdays are its best-known night.

It's one of the neighborhood salsa clubs still standing since the '80s. Inside there's a ceiling with neon lights, red armchairs around the edges and a dance floor in the middle with a mirror ball. The DJ plays classic salsa and pachanga, what Cali calls the vieja guardia (old guard).

Siboney's Tuesdays are a Cali tradition. Since October 11, 2026 it also opens on Sundays with Adriana La Eléctrica's party. Most people arrive as a couple or in a group and stay at their table all night.

La Alameda was one of the neighborhoods with collapsed facades after the August 10, 2026 earthquake. Siboney reopened, and in October 2026 it was still announcing nights on Instagram.
